Council Meetings

Parish Council meets every month, except August, on the third Thursday of the month, at 7.30pm in Stokenham Parish Hall, unless announced otherwise. The exception to this rule is December’s meeting, which is always held on the second Thursday of the month, to avoid clashing with the pre-Christmas diary.

The meeting agenda is posted on the noticeboard outside the hall and on the website. All meetings are open to the public: anyone is welcome to attend for all or part of each meeting, and to raise questions during Open Forum at the beginning of the meeting.
